Only the Application form released by Office of H.D.Jain College, Ara is
applicable for admission. Application form is available on college
admission counter at the payment of Rs. 100/. only. |

For admission in I.A. / I.Sc. (First Year) the attested copy of the Mark
sheet of Bihar school examination board or equivalent Board is required
and For admission in B.A. / B.Sc. (First Year) the attested copy of the
Mark sheet of I.A./I.sc. Or equivalent Board is required with the
Application Form. |

Please do not attach the Original copies of mark sheet with the
Application Form. |

During admission it is required to submit original copy of S.L.C./C.L.C.

Such application forms get rejected which submitted after the due date
of admission in I.A. and I.Sc. (First Year) / B.A. and B.Sc. (First
Year). |

On reserved sits the girl candidates either SC/ST/BC I/BC II have to
mention there Description of cast in application forms. |

There are two examinations taken by college management for Intermediate
Students: a) The entrance examination for promotion of student from 11th
to 12th class, which organized in the second week of May month. It is
important for all students to present in this examination otherwise he
will disqualify to fill Annual examination form. b) The Sent- Up
examination after the end of the session of Class 12th. It is important
for all students to present in this examination. |

On admission it is necessary to select those subjects which are
mentioned in Prospectus. Such subjects which are not teaching in college
cannot be selected by student. |

During admission all certificates, Mark sheet and 4 passport size
photographs are required for submit. |

On admission it is required to submit the Declaration form with
Signatures of Student and there Guardians. |

11. |
After starting of Classes if any student absent continuously two months
without any proper cause or information then his name will remove by
college register. If attendance is less than 75% then he is not allowed
to present in university examinations. |

It is very important to get Registration with Admission. |
|
13. |
Student have to pay the complete fee during admission. |
